北部湾大学东密歇根联合工程学院（简称“联合工程学院”，英文：Eastern Michigan Joint College of Engineering，Beibu Gulf University）是北部湾大学（BGU）与美国东密歇根大学（EMU）基于工程类人才培养的需要和广西区域经济发展的需要而建立的国际化、创新型联合工程学院，隶属于北部湾大学，是中国教育部于2021年5月正式批准成立的广西首个中外合作办学机构（证书许可证编号：MOE45USA02DNR20212176N）。

In a groundbreaking full-scale collaboration in higher education between Guangxi and foreign countries, Eastern Michigan Joint College of Engineering, Beibu Gulf University was established in May, 2021 upon approval by the Ministry of Education (License No. MOE45USA02DNR20212176N). It is an innovative, globally-oriented engineering college jointly established by Beibu Gulf University (BGU) and Eastern Michigan University (EMU) in response to the urgent need for skilled engineering professionals and economic growth of Guangxi. It operates under the aegis of Beibu Gulf University.

联合工程学院结合双方院校的专业优势，引进美国先进的工程教育理念及行业先进经验，全面提高人才培养能力，为北部湾区域经济建设和社会产业发展提供有力的人才和智力支持。联合工程学院专业课程实行中英文教学，采取“双学位”“双学籍”“4+0”的培养模式，着力培养具有全球视野和国际竞争力的工程学及相关领域科技人才，让学生实现“不出国门就读美国大学”的梦想。

By pooling together the professional strengths of BGU and EMU and incorporating the advanced education concepts and industry expertise from the U.S., we are dedicated to enhancing our talent development capabilities, with the goal of fostering a pipeline of skilled talent and intellectual resources that will drive the economic growth and industrial development within the Beibu Gulf area. With both Chinese and English as the medium of instruction, the College pioneers a talent development model featuring “Double Degrees”, “Dual Enrollment” and “4+0 Training Mode”, which centers on cultivating engineering and tech talents with a global outlook and international competitiveness, allowing students to “attend an American university without leaving their homeland”.
