辽宁师范大学国际商学院是辽宁师范大学与美国密苏里州立大学联合举办的中外合作办学机构，2000年7月， 由辽宁省教育厅批准成立。2004年5月，经国务院学位委员会正式批准 （学位办【2004】17号文件），实施四年制本科教育。学院培养科学精神和人文精神兼备、思想独立、人格健全、能力全面，具有国际视野、系统思维和竞合意识的应用型国际化商务管理人才。学院开设国际商务 （中外合作办学） 专业，现有教师40余人， 全日制本科生1100余人。
国际商学院以优质的办学质量和踏实的办学作风赢得了良好口碑和社会认可，美誉度不断提升。2012年，学院以94.74%的高分通过了教育部中外合作办学试点评估；2013年，学院作为密苏里州立大学商学院的合作办学机构，通过了国际高等商学院协会（AACSB）的复核认证；2016年、2021年两次顺利通过了教育部本科及以上层次中外合作办学评估。2017年11月，学院通过了中外合作办学质量认证，成为全国170余家本科及以上层次中外合作办学机构中第二家通过认证的机构。
国际商学院开设国际商务（中外合作办学）专业（120205H）。学生修满规定的学分，成绩合格，符合中美两校毕业标准，可获得辽宁师范大学颁发的本科毕业证书及管理学学士学位，以及美国密苏里州立大学颁发的商科理学学士学位（可在中国教育部认证）。学院引进先进的教学理念，坚持小班型、全英文授课，强调互动式课堂体验，侧重过程考核，培养学生自主学习和独立思考能力。引导学生通过自学、案例、项目、研究、实习、团队合作、社会调研等习得知识，训练能力，提升素养，为学生提供真正的国际化教学环境和学习体验。
学院还设有英语翻译硕士（MTI）专业。与密苏里州立大学合作举办的研究生双硕士项目（应用管理沟通方向）为学生提供硕士层次专业发展机会。
Liaoning Normal University and Missouri State University established their cooperative relationship in 2000. In May 2004, the Degree Committee of the State Council approved the four-year bachelor’s degree program. Currently LNU-MSU offers a joint BS in General Studies and a joint MPS degree in applied communication along with an LNU master’s degree in translation and interpretation. There are over 1100 students at LNU-MSU. Approximately 40 foreign faculty are teaching at LNU-MSU. LNU-MSU is accredited on Chinese-foreign cooperation in education by CEAIE (China Education Association for International Exchange) in China and AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International) in the world. Also, LNU-MSU has been accreditated on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in education by China Education Association for International Exchange.
LNU-MSU College of International Business is a joint program founded by Liaoning Normal University and Missouri State University, USA. The College of International Business is a second-level college of Liaoning Normal University. Our college recruits students via Gaokao. Students who complete all requirements are able to obtain the Bachelor’s of Science degree awarded by Missouri State University (diplomas are certified by Chinese Ministry of Education). Students will also obtain a Certificate of Graduation and a Bachelor’s Degree of Management awarded by Liaoning Normal University. The college offers the major of General Business and provides students with an international atmosphere and a western educational model. LNU-MSU College of International Business is committed to the goal of producing qualified business professionals with a global perspective and skills suitable for the twenty-first century global business environment by developing an understanding of interdependence and cooperation within a unique program of higher learning.
