On August 20-21, Shuai Chunjiang, Executive Dean of Trine Engineering Institute, led a group of 4 people to visit and research a power design company in Beijing, where they conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on school-enterprise integration, talent cultivation, project research and more.
8月20日，公司技术团队详细对DC系统的研发背景、应用场景、研发过程中的技术难题、产品设计过程等方面进行了详细介绍，双方在产品研发和技术方面进行了深度交流，并参观了公司办公室、设计室、产品展示区等区域，对公司运营模式、设计理念、产品应用和典型案例等方面进行了实地调研。
On August 20, the Company's technical team made a detailed introduction of the R&D background, application scenarios, technical difficulties in the R&D process, product design process of the DC system. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges in product R&D and technology, visited the Company's office, design room, product display area and other areas, and conducted a field investigation of the Company's operation mode, design concept, product applications and typical cases.
8月21日，帅春江院长介绍了学院发展、学科建设规划、专业培养需求、人才发展战略等情况。公司创始人安总经理，结合了公司主导的大型国家建筑光照系统等设计实例，详细说明了产业需求现状以及发展前景。同时，双方在产教研项目开发、校企融合发展、人才培养等方面交换意见，达成初步合作意向。
On August 21, Dean Shuai Chunjiang introduced the development, discipline construction planning, professional training needs, and talent development strategy of the Institute. General Manager An, the founder of the Company, expounded the realities of industrial demand as well as the development prospect using the Company-led large-scale national building light system and other design examples. Furthermore, the two sides exchanged views on the development of industry-education-research projects, school-enterprise integration and development, and talent training, and reached a preliminary cooperation intention.
通过此次走访调研，特莱恩工学院将持续创新中外合作办学运行机制，丰富国际人才培养模式，探究与美方学校的合作共建形式，继续推进我院进一步的建设和发展。
Following this visit and research, Trine Engineering Institute will continue to innovate the operation mechanism of Sino-foreign cooperative education to enrich the mode of international talent cultivation and work on the form of cooperation and co-construction with the U.S. school, thereby furthering the construction and development of our Institute.
