为加强学院和学生的紧密联系，进一步发挥“一站式”社区的思政育人功能，10月22日下午，我院在13#楼 “特莱恩工学院融创空间”举办了以“Face to Face Communication”为主题的“院长下午茶”活动，辅导员崔建鑫及学院各年级30余名学生代表参加，执行院长帅春江出席活动。

In order to strengthen the close contact between the institute and the students, and to further exert the function of “one-stop” community for ideological and political education, the institute held a “Dean's Afternoon Tea” activity with the theme of “Face to Face Communication” in the afternoon of October 22nd in the “Trine Engineering Institute Unity and Creativity Space” in the 13th building. As the theme of the ‘Dean's Afternoon Tea’ activities, counselor Cui Jianxin and the institute of all grades more than 30 student representatives to participate in the Executive Dean Shuai Chunjiang attended the activity.

首先，帅春江介绍了中美合作办学的特点，通报了我院自办学以来取得的多项优异成绩，同时向同学们分享了国内多所中外合作办学机构的运行情况，让同学们对中外合作办学有了更深的认识。紧接着，同学们围绕美方课程学习过程中遇到的问题与帅春江进行了面对面的交流，帅春江就同学们提出的疑惑进行了细致解答。最后，帅春江指出，学院始终将学生的利益放在第一位，学院会不遗余力的为同学们创造优质、丰富的学习条件，同时勉励同学们要保持自律，勤奋学习，为自己未来的职业规划打好坚实基础。

First of all, Shuai Chunjiang introduced the characteristics of Sino-US cooperative education, informed the many excellent achievements since the establishment of our institute, and at the same time, shared with the students the operation of many Chinese-foreign cooperative education institutions in China, so that the students have a deeper understanding of Chinese-foreign cooperative education. Immediately after that, the students had a face-to-face communication with Shuai Chunjiang about the problems they encountered during the learning process of the American courses, and Shuai Chunjiang answered the students' questions in detail. Finally, Shuai Chunjiang pointed out that the institute always puts the interests of students in the first place, and the institute will spare no effort to create high-quality and rich learning conditions for students, and at the same time encouraged students to maintain self-discipline, study diligently,and lay a solid foundation for their future career planning.

本次活动以茶叙的方式，通过“一站式”学生社区平台，实现了师生沟通的“零距离”。后续学院将常态化开展相关活动，加强师生交流，关注学生成长。

The event was held in the form of a tea ceremony, realizing the “zero distance” communication between teachers and students through the “one-stop” student community platform. In the future, the institute will carry out related activities on a regular basis to strengthen the communication between teachers and students and pay attention to the growth of students.
